The Commander Pro is positioned in the back. As for the fans, I positioned them that way so I can get some intake air lol, the other fans on the radiator are positioned to blow air out. Very good temps.

I used the Lian-Li vertical mount kit that was designed for this particular case.

It is freaking fantastic, I had the strix 1080 ti before and was never disappointed. Asus makes a great product and it shows. I would recommend you set a fan curve to have optimal cooling efficiency.

I'm a computer repair technician by trade. So you can say I'm very familiar with computer building.

Thanks! I did, everything was purchased at Micro Center except for the 850 Pro 2tb, that drive has been with me for three builds now. Has a 10 year warranty so I don't see the need to replace it.

When you say, you are confused about installing the cooler. What exactly do you mean?

I love the Kraken, and personally, I'm a huge fan of AIO liquid coolers. The kraken performs slightly better than the Corsair 115i, which was my previous cooler, but it went defective within two months. So, I'm very happy with the kraken, it looks great, and performs cool and silent. Best AIO I've owned yet.

On the Special Edition, you can work around the refresh rate issue, but on the vanilla version, I just deal with the 60 FPS, still enjoyable regardless.

Lol, always believe in Christmas miracles! But seriously, that is a phenomenal build, very good modding, as well as beautiful cable management!

If your son isn't happy with this, I guess I could take it, it would be a burden, but I'll do this for you, just pay shipping and handling :)

They do not, I don't mind RPG, but I prefer one color, and since I had white and black components going I wanted to accommodate that with white LED's.

I chose the pro for the 10 year warranty, I get asked a lot from my friends, and I know it was a bit much, it cost more than the GPU, but I like to have peace of mind.

For a website called PCPartPicker, you would think that we would be looking at "custom" builds, a prebuilt is like wearing a baseball outfit to the a football game, it simply does not work.

I agree, and thank you for letting me eat a cookie, I'm starving lol, but I got the CPU and MOBO combo deal right before Coffee Lake release, so it made sense on why it was on sale lol, still a good CPU.
