You are allowed to bypass the key with the explicit mention in the ToS that you will add a key and use the software fully licensed. These sites keep running because they aren't based in the USA.

I'd argue RGB has actually lowered the cost of hardware as manufacturers no longer need to paint and guess at market needs for color options other than black.

Once B550 releases we will do so but guaranteeing compatibility outside of a few select MSI motherboards is almost impossible as there is no way to tell what BIOS version B450 boards are shipped with.
