Very awesome build! Im thinking of doing something similar to what you did with the radiator. Would an x62 fit in there instead of a x52?

I would still recommend this monitor. I'm no longer using it as I've upgraded to a 29 inch. But the person I sold it to seems very happy with it.

Not at all. The fans are connected via fan hub and that came with the Kraken and thats connected to the cpu fan header in the mobo. And all thats powered by a sata power. I do have a bit of pump noise, but its barely audible, you need to open the case up and peek your head in to hear it.

I didn't even notice that my pcb is brown till I saw a comment saying that its brown. I have a RGB build too and I don't seem to notice it stand out. It's still a good mobo to get imo :)

I only used one led strip that came with the hue+ for the front panel. i guess it would be better if you could add 2 strips on the front if you could. Cleaning the front filter will be bit harder though.

I managed to place the led strip below the ssd drive cage mounted at the front. It was a bit of a tight fit though.

The monitors still doing fine after 2 months of use. I hardly notice any blacklight bleed now and I'm still running it at 70Hz, color looks good. :)

I overclocked it via Nvidia Control Panel > Change Resolution, then creating a custom resolution.

I actually got it to 72Hz stable at the most but decided to turn it down a bit. Setting it to 73Hz above just displayed a black screen, meaning the monitor couldn't handle that much of an overclock given my connection (HDMI).

Not so sure if the manufacturer could find out if you overclocked the monitor, but I highly doubt it. When I connect another device to the monitor it reverts back to 60Hz. It's still a risk though, since the components would run a bit hotter (which I have observed) but I haven't heard of anyone breaking their monitor because of overclocking it.

The hue+ comes with a two long and short extension cables. I used one short one and one long one so that the leds could reach the front removable aluminum panel

Yep. I had the hue+ led strips at the aluminum panel at the front of the case. You have to use the adhesive since aluminum isnt magnetic.

Thats an indicator for the fans. If it says stop, means fans arent running - systems cool enough :)
