Take your time and think about where things are going to go before you install them. I ended up having to take the radiator off the case about 3 times as other things had to be adjusted around.

Thanks man.

I mainly game of the left monitor as it is sitting flat towards me, so I am not really using both for a game. The second monitor is more for having maybe guides up, or chat programs up etc. I also do a bit of work from home so it gets used for multiple windows and remoting to servers.

Been collecting for a few years. It's pretty bad, because whenever the wife and I walk into a collectable shop, we always come out with new funko pops.

Credit goes to the wife for keeping the shelving looking nice, if I was doing it, it would probably be all over the place haha.

I will overclock it, I just haven't had time to sit down and let it test overnight and such. It is currently at 15% overclock using the ASUS onboard overclocking process, but I will get round to it when I have a free weekend.

Yeah that room was dark so it was pretty intense the LED, it's not as bad in a normal situation. Gotta hide them cables.

Well why would I wait a little longer for a better GPU when I could wait a lot longer and get an even better GPU, or an even better CPU?

If I waited for another year, I could get an even better CPU and GPU. Or wait 2 years and get better again.

I don't NEED a i7 6700k for gaming, but I refer you to the second part of my build plan:

  • If you are already going to have spend a certain amount on something, you might as well spend a bit more on top and get something better.

I would not have had a problem spending more to get a better GPU it's just I had always been an AMD user and I specifically swapped to a GeForce card about 2 year ago just to get me onto DX11 until I could build a whole new PC.

Honestly, I then just regretted going to GeForce pretty much straight away and wanted to come back to AMD, it's pretty tragic and probably silly tbh. Down the line I'll probably just chuck another RX480 in there for overkill as the solo card just looks lonely.

But yes, the aesthetics :D
