It takes up slightly more than 2 slots but it is sagging a little bit so its hard to tell exactly but i think it would probably fit.

It depends on the manufacturer some don't mind when you take their cards apart but either way its mostly a scare tactic because it's not technically legal for them to deny you your warranty for removing those little stickers you can also remove them without damaging them if your really careful i'm also pretty sure you can buy replacement fake ones that are identical.

Nice build looks great. Glad you got a nice case that first one wasn't worthy of a Threadripper.

Support for what? There's not much that can go wrong that Microsoft can actually offer any sort of useful help for. And even if there most of the time you can just look it up and have it fixed before Microsoft would even get you talking to an actual person

Since when why would you spend $100 on a widows 10 key when you can get one for $10 of Ebay and use that $100 on a better cpu cooler or something.

Nice ya I don't think the 1080ti sli + a 2080ti is necessary but I don't think it would be to much of a problem for that psu (would definitely hurt the electric bill though) but if you really wanted to run the 1080tis sli they do make 1600w psus which would leave you a nice 500w head room.

Do you run 2 games at once on both systems? And if so how are thermals while running both?

Dispite its age it holds up amazingly it really doesn't bottleneck the 1080 at all (as long as you overclock it) when you compare it to a i7 8700k at 1080p by the time there's any difference your in the 160+ fps range anyways and the gap almost goes away at higher resolutions but when its overclocked it's on par with a ryzen 5 2600 or a i5 8600k

The chip used in the 2600 and 2600x are identical the only difference is that the 2600x is factory clocked higher and it doesn't come with a cooler but if you plan on overclocking at all even modestly or using default overclock found on most motherboards would make up the performance difference so you wouldn't have to experiment with the mythical scary overclocking (even though it's very easy with some light research and a few hours) if you do plan on overclocking it's a smarter idea to save your money and buy the 2600

By the 1700 instead of the 1700x if you plan on overclocking at all there the exact same chip only difference is the x is clocked higher factory
