Depends where you put them. I don't have experience personally, but I know some people just replace the front case fans with these, either for RGB, or because they believe the cooling is better. i've never had any issues with my focus case. up to you

Looks a very good budget build. I've got both the headset and the same graphics card as you, and both are amazing. if you want to save some money, then skip on the case fans. the case already comes with fans, and you probably don't need the new ones.

You kinda need to post at least a link to your build. that is always really helpful. you can find the url in your parts list.

You can get good deals, just need to look carefully for them. i suggest amazon warehouse, along with some smaller suppliers. Always remember to check HotUkDeals, if you're in the UK, almost always some amazing tech deals there.

Comment reply on Forum Topic "Can't see all the reviews"

The point here is ratings are not the same as reviews. most people can't be asked to write a review, so they simply leave a rating from 1 to 5 stars. so there are 263 ratings, but only 10 people have actually written something about the product. if you want to see a lot of reviews, go to amazon

if you can't get anything else working, backup only those files you know are completely safe onto a portable hdd or usb stick. wipe the entire hard-drive, reformat it, and then do a clean install of windows.

They said all the trees will be planted by jan 2024. Also, as this is a massive charity, they'll already have a lot of different seedlings for various areas of land and conditions already. That won't be an issue.

Comment reply on Forum Topic "How much could I sell my pc for?"

sell the monitor and the pc seperately. keep the keyboard. always good to have a spare if needed. if you are building a new pc, then keep the monitor. for price, just put together a parts list on the site, and then knock some cash off, depending how long you've had it for/how outdated the hardware is.

Probably don't need to purchase your own thermal paste for now. The CPU comes with it pre-applied, and that's usually fine. Get some of this stuff on ebay, e.g. the monitor, the case, keyboard, maybe even the GPU. Don't need the CPU cooler, the CPU comes with a cooler as standard.

Don't just tunnel vision to boxing day. black friday and cyber monday are both usually fairly good times. Just keep an eye out constantly, set up some price alerts. Take advantage of ebay too, you can get some really good deals there.

  1. They go to a hospice, or stay at home, if they want. Assisted suicide isn't yet legal, but if people want to, they can go abroad for it. There are a fair few court cases being heard about the legality of it, but no clue as to when they'll finish.

  2. DNR's are perfectly allowed, one guy i read about even had the notice tattooed onto his chest. Not compelled to have them at all. It's the person's own choice.

  3. https://www.quora.com/How-much-money-is-taken-from-each-UK-worker-to-pay-for-NHS Read through all the answers.

  4. ??? No clue. Some doctors top up their pay-check by doing private consultations, for private health insurance, which pays well. Try some research, and see what you come up with.

  5. Nope. THC oil is slightly less restricted, but only in special cases. NHS doesn't cover weed, THC, or anything like that. That'd be under a private prescription.

Every single person who pays taxes in the UK pays for the NHS. That includes free vaccinations, eye exams, and a bunch of other related stuff. There are certain restrictions and rules for those unemployed or on benefits, but it doesn't matter whether or not they pay taxes, they are still given access to all healthcare free of charge.

Comment reply on Forum Topic "The Impeachment"

Everyone pays for the NHS, and everyone can use it, e.g. when someone collapses, or has a major medical emergency, they are usually rushed to a public hospital, where they are treated. Once they are stabilised, and if they have private insurance, they can move to a private hospital if wanted. Everyone gets the NHS and everyone pays for it, through their taxes. If someone wants to buy private health insurance, they do so, but also still have access to the NHS.

Probably not used to pay off sexual harassment victims - that's probably just your paranoia/conspiracy theories talking there. I don't care what Congress really does. We in the UK have our own issues at the minute, yet we still manage to successfully fund the NHS, providing everyone with free healthcare. Even those who can't afford it.

Comment reply on Forum Topic "The Impeachment"

I'd like to point out Universal Healthcare is possible, and it is the answer. The UK's NHS proves this fairly well. Everyone has access to free healthcare no matter who they are, and how much they earn. Private insurance is also available for those who want it, alongside the NHS.

I refer you back to Philip here: "I do pick the ones that I think are important for us and the kind of community I want to encourage here." . Apple users have their pc's pre-built too, so they don't really need this site for the building bit. the only people who do are hackintosh enthusiasts, and besides, tampering with an apple pc void the warranty. the community of hackintosh on pcpp are way fewer than the windows community, so it just isn't worth enforcing it as much - if they don't get an answer here they can just go to a hackintosh enthusiast website instead. same outcome, different method.

Comment reply on Forum Topic "The Apparent Double Standards of PC Part Picker"

While Apple does sue companies that sell hackintosh, they knew individuals would use apple software on non-apple products. Technically it is illegal, but apple doesn't care as long as you don't try and profit from it, e.g. selling hackintoshes commercially.

With a car i think it'd be a lot harder. there are so many different parts, and even knowing which ones would work together would be a huge hassle. add to that trying to source all these parts. i'd say your best bet might be a forum room somewhere on the internet, cause i don't think anybody is even close to building something like this.

When you get the car, perform a service of it yourself, maybe at your great grandfather's shop? the service really teaches you a few of the basics. also buy the Haynes manual for your car. it's a big book telling you how to do just about everything imaginable with your car. after servicing, see if you can help out in the shop, fixing crashed cars, with dents etc. learn how to swap a tire out. and go from there. good luck!
