I originally bought the ASUS PCE-AC55BT, which I had to return. After I bought this I realized I could have bought the AC1200 for $10 less, which I probably would have done.

Really impressed with this card. Get 8-9mb downloads, downloading games from steam. Wifi router is about 12 ft away. Had to use a lan cable to download the driver for the card before it would work though

Looks great, and has great performance. I didn't want to skimp on wifi and get her a 2.4Ghz N model. This will help give her good up/download speeds.

Great for any PC where you might need to have wifi capabilities if it isn't native on your motherboard. Easy to install, just plugged it in and downloaded a driver. Works great on Windows 10.

Never dropped a connection. I get similar speeds downloading over wifi as I do with Ethernet. I use Ethernet for gaming, and only because of The Division 2. Great little card never the less.

It's a good adapter when it isn't cutting out. It will work for half an hour, then no signal for 30-seconds. I have used a laptop internal WLAN for 5 years in the same spot in my house with no problems, so it's got to be either the adapter, or the compatibility with my machine. I tried several different adapters from TP-Link & elsewhere, nothing fixed the problem, so I am returning it to try a different WiFi solution. Reviews elsewhere said they have had problems with Windows 10, the OS I use.
