You don't need any adicional cables.

I'd go with this ram set for a bit more.

Changed the gpu for another model.

Doubled the nvme storage for 20$ more and changed the hdd for a cheaper but very reliable drive.

I think you have a very balanced build for the budget.

Its the same but with lower frequency. For 6$ go with the 3200mhz. If you need change, don't buy lower than 3000mhz. This are not the times to save a few dollars in the memory as they are with very good prices.
