It would be useless. To have a 2200g and a dedicated gpu and stay in the budget, i would use a 1050 or 1030, which the stock Vega 8 graphics on the 2200g matches or even outperforms. The 2400g has vega 11 graphics and is a better processor. The graphics arent a lot better but it is easier to upgrade on in the future

Go with 3000 mhz ram, Ryzen CPUs need it. Go with the corsair CXM over that PSU. Thats a pretty expensive monitor and its not even ips. No SSD
