Can't find a motherboard for my new build anywhere

Hey guys, I'm looking for a compatible motherboard that will fit an Mini ATX/Mid tower case that can support an RX 580 as well as an i5 4690k *no oc. I currently use an ASROCK H97M PRO4 but I think that's a little outdated seeing as I can't find any on new egg. The issue is, I had a bad power surge and my motherboard has a few USB slots that are fried, including the Ethernet slot. So, when I replace the gpu, ram, hdd/ssd, I want to replace it all at once.

tl;dr Problem is I can't find a compatible motherboard for a 580+i54690k

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125962&ignorebbr=1 this is the specific graphics card I will be getting.

my budget on the motherboard is $280 MAX. Lower cost will, admittedly, heavily influence my opinion. Thanks!

When I first built the PC I still use today, I had gotten these specs

i5 4690k 8gb ddr3 ram r9 280x asrock pro h97m motherboard 1000W bronze fm psu (got it for a steal) 1tb HDD

I want to upgrade to:

i5 4690k 16gb ddr3 ram RX 580 / 1060 / 1070 ???? I need a mother board compatible 1000W bronze fm psu 1tb SSD

Option 1 Option 2 Option 3

You could surf all day on ebay for used and new variations of that asus board (option 3)

EDIT: Hold up, you want a z97 motherboard that supports ddr4 ram?

This is exactly what I was looking for. And no, sorry, I mistyped in the post. I meant DDR3 ram. I think I'm going to go with a 1060 or 1070ti instead though. Will these three motherboards be compatible with a 1060/1070?

Yes, the motherboard will have a 16x PCI slot...… Usually the top side.

You can look at the specs but if you're offered a view of the back of the motherboard you can tell which is a 16x, 8x or a 4x slot...…… look at this one for example
