Fallout 4 1080p 60 to 70 fps

I've been wanting to build a decent PC to run fallout 4 for a while.. But I have no idea of what to buy.. I want something that can run 1080p at decent frame rates holding a least 50fps in "The Boston commons" Ya know..? the central part of the city where all consoles love to drop to a lovely 35 FPS.. Hopefully Running a smooth 65 to 75 FPS outside of the main city.. This is also going to play the older fallouts.. E.G NV, 3, 2, ETC... And the old metros as well.. maybe the new one though I don't think they've put out REQ yet..? Anyways the one other thing I ask for is to hopefully include a 1TB hard drive.. and the Anidees AI-Crystal Tempered glass mid tower.. I've loved it since it came out.. I don't know if it'd be good or too big... if not a simple NZXT will do... I also need a decent monitor and keyboard/mouse. Just a single monitor... I want a budget of $2500 but if that's not enough I could increase it.. If someone goes through the trouble of getting a parts list together I GRATEFULLY appreciate it! If my standards are too high for my price tell me! I'm new to this.. And if the CPU could be water cooled.. That would be great.. I'd go higher on my budget for that..

P.S Admins if this is posted in the wrong category I apologize its my first post..

Well under $2.5K, should be great for Fallout 4. Is it OK if I use another tempered glass case instead of the Anidees Al-Crystal?

I would drop the processor to a 1600 and put the extra money towards a 1080ti. The 1600 has the same performance in gaming as the 1700.

You have alot of customization with your price range. The GPU in this build will run anything on max settings with great fps. I added your case (idk if its the right version tho, has the side panel) and the 1TB HDD and the m.2 SSD is for your operating system and a handful of games. Dual fan radiator liquid cooling, overclock able 1800x, 29" monitor with IPS. I added various stuff most people use when building a new pc; wifi card, thermal paste, red led mechanical keyboard, gaming mouse.

There are many ways to skin a cat, this is just one way. Hope it helps with you building your PC man.

AS5 is mediocre paste which isn't needed since as far as I know all coolers come with thermal paste in one way or another. Why a $160 AIO with a board that has a meh power delivery system that wouldn't be good for a lot of handling voltage, I would get a X370 board with a good power delivery system. Not to nitpick or anything since you probably didn't have any idea since its not listed but there is a 34" LG ultrawide monitor on Ebay brand going for ~$280 now. Also the NexG/G1 is a average all around PSU but it is heavily overpriced so it is competing with units way out its league, you would be much better off with something like a Seasonic Prime or a Evga G2/G3 or a Whisper M. Also a GTX 1080 Ti is a ton of overkill for something that isn't even 1440P, even my R9 390 can get 60FPS at close to max settings at 1080P ultra wide.

Honestly man for 1080p yes you could do it for cheaper but its all up to you. Check out some $1500 enthusiast builds and up. And the build guides on here

Should I play in a higher resolution? Hm.. I dont know i want something decently future proof ill check 1500 builds out

You can totally play Fallout 4 at 4k 60 fps with a 1080 Ti. You should definitely play in a higher resolution at your budget. I do recommend 1440p ultrawide for an awesome gaming experience.

I thought he wanted an overkill card lol

This more than overkill, this using sulfuric acid or a gun to kill some ants in your house overkill. This very roughly 4 times more powerful than a GTX 1060 or a RX 580 which is great for 1080P max settings 60FPS and good for near max settings 1080P 60FPS.

That CPU cooler is only rated for 65W, that motherboard support overclocking, that HDD is just a out right horrible choice due to speed, storage, and price. Why SFF and why a case that isn't even close to what he wanted?
