New Build for Cinema 4D with Octane

JordanWall

Hi everyone. I am a motion graphic designer working with C4D and Octane at my current company and would like to purchase a new machine to work on at home.

Unfortunately, I am still new to the hardware side of computers. I have started a custom build here but Im not sure that these are the best options for what I need. I would really appreciate any suggestions on choosing the right parts as it will be a huge purchase for me.

The machine will mainly use Cinema 4D with Octane Render, but sometimes the standard or physical render engine as well. Also it will use a fair amount of After Effects.. Adobe CC.

My budget is $6000

Here is my list, so far.

Thanks for the help!!!

Yes I got a 1600W PSU and not I'm not crazy. Otance iirc does require SLI so you can use as many GPU's as you want and 1600W will give you enough wattage to use 4 cards which is good for expansion. I also got another GPU.
