Is the PC supposed to be placed on the table instead of under the table?

I saw many people placing their PC on top of their table, while I place mine under the table. So which one?

Whatever is more convenient for you. Some people put em on the desk (like me) so i can look at it from time to time and because i have a large desk. Some people put em under the table just because they don't have a choice since the desk is to small.

There is no good or wrong way here.

Oh Thanks!
Do you think that a Full Tower Case should be put on the desk?

I put my full tower case under the desk because it feels too clunky to put right beside me. Also to keep the fan noise further away from me.

I put mine in the middle.

Basically, my computer desk as an optional screwed mounting for a PC case support which keep it just below the desk but a good foot from the ground.

That being said, I had it on my desk until I installed the rack recently due to lack of space for 2 27" monitors.
