Do earbuds apply here?

Guess we will find out...Anyways, my only need is earbuds (max $100) that have low noise leak but great audio. My best pair so far are the Razer Hammerheads v1 though they seem to get alot of hate with 3 stars on amazon. Ill set a scene

You are in Class, it gets quite but you are still listening to a song that is quite loud and you cant even hear yourself let alone know the class got super quiet so you should turn your music down

I need something that will keep me from bothering others while I listen to questionable music.

  • Edit: My mistake they have 3.5 star the 3 star were the V2's with most of the 1 stars being amazon screwed up and sold fakes (v1 not v2)
  • Edit 2: While posting this I can hear someone playing Evanescence bring me to life

Lots of good suggestions on theheadphonelist. I would avoid anything Razer since there are much better options out there for the same price or less.
