Thank you very much...that is a huge $$ difference. My idea was to spend that much to make it "future proof" for at least 5-6 years...my current system is 8 years old. How far out do you think your build for me would hold up ?

if anything the 2600 will probably be better for lasting longer because it has multi threading but future proofing is dumb anyway. and i have no idea how long this build would last, but probaly 3 years minimum
