This is my second gaming rig that I've built. It's a huge improvement over my old rig that struggled to run CSGO at anything above 50 FPS. I finally decided to splurge a bit and get a new rig when the mobo in my old computer went out. Might still fix it, who knows.
All of the parts for this rig went together amazingly, didn't have any issues getting parts to work together (other than the fact that AMD screw brackets are a pain). I've heard a lot of complaints about parts coming dead on arrival, so I was genuinely surprised that everything went smoothly. Originally used the stock AMD Wraith cooler to test the PC for errors or parts malfunctions. Only real problem I'm having an issue with now is that the LED on the cooler block won't change when I try to make it. I've read that this is a software issue though, so nothing against the build or parts.
Done a few benchmarks and the system handles most games at over 200 FPS. Always looking to do upgrade, so may change out the GPU to something newer soon, who knows.
Any feedback is apprecated!
Got it for $70 when Ryzen processors were still new. Can't complain much!
Great cooler, keeps my CPU cool. RGB software is kinda meh, will have to do an RMA on it since the RGB on it doesn't work correctly.
Great motherboard, VERY sturdy. Has everything I need for my build. Heatsinks are HUGE, make sure to check clearance if you're planning to put a cooler on the top of your case.
Terrible RAM. Worked for about a month then started dying. Got an RMA that was DOA. Waiting for my second RMA, lets hope this set works :)
Bought this and didn't use it on my old PC. Using it as storage for games.
Bought this as my boot drive for the PC. Wasn't aware that you don't get the entire storage space advertised with M.2 drives, but that's my fault for not doing my research.
I bought this card second hand. I absolutely love it. It's not a huge difference over my RX580, but it manages games steadier.
Great cable management options with this case. Lots of room for mounting hardware as well.
Always had a habit of going overboard with the PSUs in my builds, but oh well. Go big or go home right? Bought it second hand, and it's been great since I got it!
