Description

Good Day Everyone

I built this system for to get back into PC gaming and to move the PC into the living room. I had a couple of issues, the power supply that I chose had to go in upside down due to the 24 pin plug on the power supply interfering with the 120mm fan, I did not want to go with an 80mm fan, we will see how this goes. I also used Noctua redux 120mm fans to keep everything quiet. I did not realize that the ram that I purchased would have incompatibility issues with the processor, live and learn, I won't be able to get 2400mhz out of it because of voltage limits. I have only just fired this baby up yesterday so no performance tests. I am hoping this will last me a few years. Finally I would like to say thank you to everyone on here as I learned a lot from your builds. Let me know what you think.

Take Care Everyone

Nice build! I was debating on whether I should get that TP-Link card you have there, how has it been working for you?

Oh my jesus, so much power in a tiny HTPC case, makes me cry a little on the inside remembering the old hideously bulky cases with unpainted metal on the inside ;)

Is the G-skill 2400 ddr3 ram better than just the 1866 or 1600? For gaming purposes mostly.

Good Day If you have the processor to run it, my I5 runs it at 1866 and in all honesty I think 1866 is all you need. Take Care
