Description

This is my first shot at building a PC. I mostly use it for gaming and working (I work from home in tech support). It's great cuz it's powerful enough to flawlessly multi-task between gaming and working at the same time.

The only thing that bugs me about it is the placement of the front fans. I don't like how the bottom portion of the top and middle fans are cut off from the grating on the case but the bottom fan isn't. Simple fix though, I think I just need to mod the case to remove those 2 bars.

Quick question, is the case RGB synchronizable with the Asus Aura Sync?

Yes but not out of the box. I made it that way. I had to order a special adapter cable from aero cool (only $5) and then I ran it to my fan controller box so it would sync.

I don't think you understood me, I meant if the case is synchronizable with the motherboard, you know to control that light on the front of the case from asus aura, didn't say anything about the fans, I know enermax have their own controller box, don't care about that

No, no I understood you. What I am saying is that no, the light on the front of the case is not synchronizable with mobo straight out of the box. I made it so by getting the adapter cable so it could hook into the fan control box, fan control box plugged into rgb header, thus making it sync with the mobo. A workaround if you will.

You're welcome! The only thing that isn't synced to Aura is the AIO but the CAM software that controls it is pretty easy to match up with Aura

He doesn't understand. Look at his cable management. Just get a Dell next round. And save us from you building watermelons

Hey, how did you make two colour zones for the fans? got two controllers?

Edit: looking at your purchase list explains. no need to answer.

Nice beginner build. Practice. It's a myth that any average Joe can build. Every average Joe tries. It's alright nice 3 star build and very good learning experience for you.

Hey, great build!!!

How dark is this glass side window? I never got into the RGB thing and don't care for it. But it can not find a good looking case without a side panel windows these days. This one seems so dark and it might do the trick for me.

Exactly. I hate when kids think they can build and actually post this kind of so called build
