Peeling off the plastic on the TG! http://imgur.com/23ZEA8r

I wanted to upgrade to a new mATX TG case. It was a hard choice between this and the Inwin 301. They're both bigger than my old case, but look much better IMO. I was surprised to find that I couldn't fit as much inside the case and actually a little harder to route wires compared to my smaller Corsair Spec M2. However, this case is sturdy, has more than enough cooling for what I have, and has a great aesthetic.

As for the desk , just not enough space right now, but moving to a bigger place soon! The current desk has just enough space to fit some book shelf speakers on that are on the way, but that's really pushing it. I'm hoping to do some type of Ikea hybrid desk with a kitchen tabletop or something similar later on.

It looks great. Despite how cramp it is, it turned out lovely. Nicely done and may you enjoy it more with more space in the future. Plus one!

Amazing. Simply amazing. +1 But i would want to know why the founders edition card?

It's a pretty cheap hybrid option to get founders + 1080 hybrid kit, and all 1080ti's get pretty close performance regardless of design.

Thanks! Pretty much what @I_Need_Big_Drink said. I bought it when it first came out, so it was the only option. At the time I bought the card, I wish I also bought the 1080 hybrid kit when it was on sale for $90 to save a little more.

I'm eyeing that Inwin 301 case as well!

And I also built a desk using some old table bases and an wooden Ikea counter (I used one of the solid wood ones). I don't remember which one, but I may be able to find out if you want.

Thanks! I think I may be looking at the Karlby 74" tabletop with a drawer on one side, and some desk legs on the other side. The other option is slightly shorter desk, like the Linnmon, which is a littler more manageable size wise and much cheaper!

Absolutely beautiful build. I'm jealous of that case, if I built my computer today, I would've chosen the mATX over the ATX just for the hinged panel. Thumbscrews are annoying! Also, is it just the new case, or did you do some sort of custom paint finish? I only remember the EVOLV colors having a metallic finish.

Thanks a lot! As for the finish, I went ahead and added some black holographic chrome vinyl on the front, and a little bit in the inside. I still have some leftover, so I'm thinking about wrapping the backplate on the GPU and the SSD.

Wrapping the vinyl on the PSU shroud was pretty tedious as I had to cut out all the holes! I'd like to redo it as there are some imperfections, but I'm not in the mood yet to cut out all the holes again! =)

well now i'm quite interested in whatever place you're in, did it come with those drawers & white table? too bad it's high rise

by the way, i wouldnt keep headphones (usually containing neodymium magnets) on a monitor, i have pretty permanent artifacts on my VA panel

How did you get the cool colorful shine on the front of the case? Did it come with that finish or did you add an aftermarket paint?

Hi! The color comes from a vinyl wrap I bought from vvivid. The color is black holographic chrome

Nice unique looking build. Your comments about the space in the case is helpful as I also have a spec 02 case and looking at this one.

Hey, did you run push/pull with that front rad? Great build btw

Thank you for the compliment on the build! Unfortunately, there is not enough space to do push/pull due to the length of the 1080Ti. If they took 1" from the height of the case and added that to the length, then push/pull would have been possible.
