This was a build made of entirely left over parts from old LGA 775 systems (mostly Dell Optiplex) I had lying around. I wanted to see what kind of gaming experience I could get using only parts I already had on hand. It performed quite well for what it was and played many games in 1080p at low to medium settings. After testing, I passed it on to a local teenager who was getting his first gaming rig. He seemed ecstatic to get it and stated that he was going to try a custom water-cooling loop and overclocking. I love helping the next generation get into PC building. I'm also hoping to get future pics of his progress.
One of the best gpu's to ever exist. For the money it might be in the top 5 of all time. Still today it holds a special place for me and still plays games very decently for a $50 budget gpu. Highly recommended.
